KWIKA goes to bat for MLB pitcher Heath Bell in insurance dust-up

KWIKA founding partner Greg Aldisert has filed suit on behalf of Major League Baseball pitcher Heath Bell over a $25 million life insurance policy Bell says he was duped into buying.

The complaint, filed last week in San Diego Superior Court, contends that the policy grossly exceeded any reasonable amount of insurance that Bell’s family would need, even considering his multimillion-dollar salary.  In addition, the Bells say they were rushed through the paperwork and were not even aware of the initial payment of nearly a million dollars until the money suddenly disappeared from their investment account.
