Greg Aldisert is quoted in Leslie Scism’s Wall Street Journal article about a client of Greg’s who fell prey to a “life settlement” insurance transaction, an investment technique whereby the owner of an unneeded life insurance policy sells it to a third party for more than its cash value and less than its face value.
