KWIKA files copyright infringement suit in District Court.
On August 14, 2008, KWIKA filed suit on behalf of singer/songwriter Jackson Browne against the GOP candidate for President, Senator John McCain, as well as the Ohio Republican Party and the Republican National Committee.
